What we collect
When you request an assessment, send a quote list or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, optional email address, state, the type of customer and site you describe, your notes about your load, your preferred contact channel and the page you came from. If you add items to a quote list, that list is sent with your request.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, size a system for your site, prepare a quote and follow up about installation and servicing. We do not sell your details to anyone.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in our secure database and are visible only to Amago Energy staff who handle enquiries. We also keep a record when you choose to move a conversation to WhatsApp, email or phone, so the team has the context when they reply.
Assistant chats
If you use the assistant on this site, the conversation may be stored so our team can pick up where it left off. Please don't share bank details or passwords in a chat.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our record keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your choices
